Food is the centerpiece of every great party, we make it easy for you to entertain without doing the shopping, prepping, or cooking! Simply select your menu, we will coordinate timing with you, and you can invite the guests. Easy peasy! It’s perfect for those who aren’t looking for full-service catering but want restaurant-quality food or simply don’t want to cook. Ricky Bruno knows how to bring it to you!

How to Select Your Catering Menu

Select 1-3 “Mains” + 3-4 “Side Dishes”
“Side Dishes” Include:
Salads, Veggies, Pasta, Rice, Potatoes, & Beans.
Breads & Sweets are at an additional charge as noted

*PRICING: All pricing is per person, unless otherwise stated.
Some selections will incur an additional per person charge as noted on the menu item.
Pricing is based on your selections.

PRICING:
$29- One main with two sides     |       $35- One main with three sides
$44-Two mains with two sides     |       $48-Two mains with three sides
$58- Three mains with two sides    |      $73- Three mains with three sides

Appetizers: are not included in the per person menu price.
Optional Appetizer Menu follows, pricing as noted.

Minimum Order Is: 12, for less than 12 people you will still be charged for 12

Pricing Includes:
serving platters, chafing dishes, and serving utensils as needed

Not Included:
Local sales tax, 3% kitchen service charge, and delivery/set up are additional as noted.

NOTE: Menus available for delivery/set up or pick-up only.

Pick-up at Ricky’s Eastbound: No Charge (Set Up On Your Own)

Delivery (including Set Up), within Santa Rosa city limits:
$100 one way/guests 29 or less, $125 one way/guests 30 or more
(catering equipment returned by client the following day)
$150 round trip/guests 29 or less, $175 round trip/30 & more (includes pick up of catering equipment)
*Delivery includes set up of your meal, it does not include set up or service of your party. Catering equipment & supplies must be all in one place upon pick up the following day.

Rick Bruno, the “Ricky” behind Ricky’s Eastbound is taking a well-deserved break from being a restaurant chef/ proprietor. After 40 incredible years in the industry Rick is ready for a break from restaurant ownership and has sold Ricky’s to the Ausiello family. 

We sincerely express our deep gratitude for your unwavering support during the incredible past 5 years; through fires, blackouts, and the challenges of Covid-19. Your loyalty has been the driving force behind our success, and we truly appreciate each one of you.

As we say goodbye to Ricky's Eastbound, we welcome "Ausiello's Homeslice" (coming soon). Homeslice will be making a few changes to the restaurant and plan on opening towards the end of 2023.
